When working within this sector we are always mindful that our design treatments and communication strategies need to relate to a broad cross section of society. We also appreciate that the client is accountable to local ratepayers or taxpayers and in some cases, both. We therefore try to ensure that the views and opinions of these people, whether resident, business owner or staff member, are considered and if possible reflected in all projects.
The often extensive and in depth sign off procedures, which can include both responsible senior officers and elected representatives, are also always built into our project completion timelines.
Public sector client brand guidelines are always adhered to. Where possible however, we use our combination of external and internal marketing experience to make all communications exciting, interesting and easy to understand.
