Milestone
The brief
We were asked to create a teaser ad campaign for Milestone's first development, Woodland Grange. The purpose of the campaign was to create an awareness of the Milestone brand as well as slowly introducing Woodland Grange.
The approach
The first ad in the series focused on Milestone and displayed corporate styling whereas the remaining ads followed the consistent styling of the Woodland Grange brochure and other marketing material. Eye catching cut out images were chosen along with quirky headings to link with the living concepts of the development.
The outcome
The campaign featured in the local press for a number of weeks, successfully raising awareness of the development and generating enquiries with the selling agent. An extension of the campaign is planned later this year to coincide with the show home launch.
