The client

The brief

To design a branding identity for The Pier at Ingress Park, including name and rationale for the development, campaign theme, logo design and branding to various marketing visuals including brochure, teaser brochure, posters, signage, adverts, website concepts and HTML mailers.

The approach

The proximity of this phase to the water's edge and proposed build over the river, meant The Pier was the obvious choice for the development's name. The strategy was aimed at investors and private home owners and the brand was created to reflect the aspirational address of the scheme. The use of outdoor media and digital media was key to its selling success. The brand has a modern contemporary style to reflect the architecture and was implemented across the complete range of marketing deliverables.

The outcome

The resulting brand has been very successful, having achieved many forward sales. Its bold contemporary feel has proven attractive to a range of purchasers whilst reflecting the aspiration of the address.
