The brief

We were commissioned by Linden Homes to prepare a marketing strategy and supporting deliverables to support the launch of their Vivo development located in St Albans. Recognising the difficulties presented by the current market, Linden were looking for a strategy 'with a difference'.

The approach

We decided to develop a strategy that integrated both conventional brochure publications supported by digital communications.

As a result we designed, produced and installed a suite of marketing deliverables that included the development:

  • Brochure
  • Website
  • Email HTML and distribution
  • Exhibition

The outcome

The launch was a great success and attracted considerable interest. Given the prevailing economic conditions Linden also managed to secure a number of units off-plan.
