The brief
We were briefed by Crest Nicholson (SW) to design and install a website for their Somerset development. The campaign was created to promote the site design and to help promote its environmental credentials to both local and nationally targeted customers. Based on the environmental and icon driven brochure and supporting marketing deliverables the website had to reflect the modern iconic nature of the development. It also had to provide the digital visitor with the product and environmental information required to pre-qualify purchasers prior to their visiting the sales and marketing suite.
The approach
The website visuals were based on the existing ICON design treatment and a three minute animated flythrough of the entire development was embedded within the home page. The navigation system provided an easy transfer between information pages, which in turn helps the digital visitor build a comprehensive understanding of the development.
The website was designed to allow the off-site printing of individual floor plan pdfs in an easy to use and file, A4 format.
The outcome
The website, displaying the striking ICON branding, is proving to be very popular and is providing extensive leads for the on-site sales team.
