The brief
Ferrier Pearce were asked to create a bespoke branding and marketing package to introduce a new development of eco-friendly homes in Street, Somerset. The campaign was designed to promote the site's design and to help promote its design and environmental credentials to both a local and nationally targeted customer base.
The approach
Due to the architecturally advanced nature of the homes and the belief that the scheme should be marketed as a design statement that would achieve an iconic status within Street, we named the development ICON. Using recognised high profile design icons and designers as part of the marketing campaign, Ferrier Pearce created a strong visual theme throughout all the supporting deliverables, from fly-through animation, the website and email advertising through to printed documents and outdoor media.
The outcome
The client was extremely pleased with the aesthetics of all the deliverables, which have successfully created awareness within the area and are still currently being implemented whilst continuing to raise the profile of ICON.
