We are pleased to announce that we have won a Digital Impact Award for best digital communication, receiving a silver award for ourwork on Arup’s new DC pension scheme.
With the likes of Aviva (Words&Pictures), British Gas (Blackbridge Communications & The DHC Consultancy) and Deloitte (Radley Yeldar) also nominated in the category, we are thrilled to see the hard work of our team recognised in this way.
Managing Director Jon Pearce said:
“We are delighted to have won silver at the Digital Impact Awards for Arup’s ‘Investing for later in life’ campaign. It was the first time we had entered these awards.
“We have been consistently successful in winning pension industry awards in recognition of our expertise in employee communications. Ferrier Pearce is especially pleased to receive this new accolade from the digital industry, which acknowledges our creative use of new technology to maximise employee engagement.
“Winning the award reinforces the value and effectiveness of the Ferrier Pearce approach to employee benefits communication, namely engaging with the employee as an internal customer, ensuring the quality of the communications matches the corporate brand and customer facing communication.
“Our recognition of Arup’s employees as a digitally engaged and aesthetically aware audience was key to the design and implementation of the campaign.”
The communications solution we created for Arup contributed to 90% of employees joining the new scheme, with 95% of these new joiners actively choosing where to invest their contributions. It is the second time our work for Arup has received recognition as we are also up for a Design Business Association (DBA) Design Effectiveness Award 2012.
The Digital Impact Awards recognise excellence in digital stakeholder communications. We are very happy with the result and look forward to finding out if we have been awarded a gold, silver or bronze at the Design Effectiveness Awards ceremony in February.
