We are delighted that Ferrier Pearce has been awarded the European Pensions Communication Award for the second year running. The award reflects our innovative and unique approach to pension communication. We aim to recognise scheme members as internal individual customers, offering a personalised and segmented service which has proved particularly important when operating across languages and cultures in the European pensions space.
Over the last year an increasing number of European companies have shown interest in our work which has led to the creation of the Ferrier Pearce Europe Group and the establishment of a new Dublin office.
We now deliver the communication programmes for 21 pension schemes, 10 of which are FTSE listed companies, across 3 European countries with the total assets under management in these schemes in excess of £48 billion.
Following our second year of success in this award category, we are looking to deliver our successful approach to pensions communications across a wider European market and to continue producing innovative solutions for the companies we already work for.
