Ferrier Pearce is continuing to grow its expertise in producing inward investment campaigns for local government and affiliated public bodies.
Having recently completed a brochure to promote business within South Oxfordshire, as well as the website launch for Science Vale UK Partnership, also based in Oxford, we have just won a tender to produce an inward investment programme for East Cambridgeshire District Council.
Largely electronically based, this campaign uses a fully interactive pdf brochure and email marketing to promote the region to their electronically savvy target market.
As part of our work for South Oxfordshire District Council, we were asked to design a 12-page brochure to support the Council’s inward investment programme.
Using copy, imagery and data supplied by the client, a dedicated inward investment logo and branding was developed. This was combined with the brochure’s strap line ‘Let’s do business’ to showcase the benefits and opportunities the area could offer potential organisations considering relocation.
We have also been commissioned by the Science Vale UK Partnership team to develop a marketing proposal to support its inward investment opportunities.
The Science Vale UK Partnership is located in southern Oxfordshire and forms an area of economic growth that is establishing itself as a world leader in science, high technology and the application of knowledge.
Using additional research and our extensive place marketing experience, we developed a supporting communication programme, with the dedicated website recommended as being the key way to maximise the national and international impact of this online opportunity and fully promote the Science Vale’s global centre status. Finally, we have also completed a successful campaign, for the second year running, for Northamptonshire Enterprise to promote the organisation at MIPIM in Cannes. This annual international property fair is an ideal forum to promote Northamptonshire’s partnership between public, private and voluntary sectors.
