We will be demonstrating THE WORKS, an innovative online portal that will revolutionise employee’s awareness of their total rewards, on stand 36 at the HR Directors Business Summit on the 24 – 25 January at The ICC in Birmingham.
THE WORKS automatically collects data from benefit providers via automatic feeds to enable employees to see a complete picture of their total rewards package.
From nursery vouchers to pension benefits, extra holiday to healthcare, THE WORKS will tell each employee which benefits they have and provide information on any benefits they could choose to have.
Available at home or at work and on mobile devices and in a variety of different languages, THE WORKS has been designed to make benefits engaging for employees and easier to administrate for employers. It can be branded to match any organisation and can be easily updated; benefits can be added as soon as they come online and benefits providers can be altered by simply changing the data link.
The HR Directors Business Summit, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, is the largest meeting place for the HR community and has been at the forefront of key advancements within the industry.
One of the key themes this year is the evolution of HR, making the event an ideal platform to demonstrate our latest innovation.
Executive Chairman, Nigel Ferrier said:
“For 21 years Ferrier Pearce has been committed to using the latest technology to develop engaging internal communications solutions for our clients and THE WORKS is a groundbreaking next step.
As well as providing a cost-effective, time-saving solution for HR Teams, THE WORKS encourages employees to interact with what their company offers them, acting as a retention and recruitment tool.
We are delighted to be demonstrating THE WORKS at this important event in the HR calendar and look forward to showing delegates how this technology can work for their organisation.”
